Seniors have learned plenty in their past four years at Eagle High. They have special tips and tricks, favorite classes, teachers and more to learn from. It’s important that the tips they have learned are passed down to the underclassman.
One of the most special moments for many seniors is their time at football games with their friends. Each one has a special theme and always brings great memories.
“There’s only so many football games you can go to,” said senior Mary Richardson. “Before you know it, football seasons over and the last game ended.”
Football games are only one of the few things that students can be involved in. Eagle High offers endless clubs and sports that are a great way for underclassmen to meet friends.
“I’ve made some of my best friends in the sports that I decided to join,” said senior Evelyn Allington.
Being open to trying new things is one of the greatest qualities to have in high school. While trying new things is important, keeping up with current classes and grades is as well.
“Getting good grades my freshman and sophomore years was one of the best decisions I made,” said senior Lila Weber.
GPA is cumulative, meaning grades from every year count towards it. For students who want to go to college, having a strong transcript with help them get into a good school and win scholarships. Even students who want to go into trades can learn strong discipline from pushing themselves to get good grades that they will use for the rest of their lives.
Underclassman can use most of what seniors have learned to help them have an easier time in high school. Being involved, getting good grades and being open to trying new classes will help underclassman leave Eagle High with great memories.
