Five AP classes, an internship, club and school sports and extracurriculars can be difficult for a student to juggle, but certain individuals can find a good balance and make it look easy.
Junior Sarina Binetti has shown academic perseverance since her first step in the building her freshman year. She is a goal-driven academic superstar.
Binetti loves to challenge herself and throughout her time at Eagle High has done nothing short of that, especially her junior year.
“I am taking Spanish IV, Sports Med II, AP US History, AP Psychology, AP Calculus AB, AP Language and Composition [and] AP Physics I,” Binetti said.
Binetti’s initiative to take challenging courses is a true testament to her character, abilities and drive.
She is a goal-driven individual, and she approaches her academics with intention and hopes to one day achieve her dreams that she has worked so hard for.
“What keeps me motivated is the goals I’ve always had for myself and taking the steps I need to accomplish those goals,” Binetti said.
While her academics on their own are impressive, Binetti also has a wide range of extracurriculars she participates in that she is very passionate about.
“For my extracurriculars, I do National Honors Society, a St. Lukes junior volunteer internship program, leadership Boise academy, sports med clinic, National Charity League, club Volleyball, school Volleyball and I work with a non-profit,” Binetti said.
Binetti loves to take on tasks she is passionate about and this is reflected in her extracurriculars that she partakes in.
Between school, volleyball, her internship, other clubs and volunteering programs, Binetti has a very busy schedule that lots of people may find hard to manage. However, Binetti does a great job at finding a balance.
“I balance everything by having good time management, using my free time wisely and prioritizing things,” Binetti said.
Balance is key with such a heavy load of academics and a busy schedule, but she has found a way to manage it all which is one of her keys to success.
Binetti is one of Eagle High’s excellent students that truly strives to do her best and be her best. She is a great example of demonstrating academic excellence.
