Students at Eagle High are sharing their opinions on whether they like spring or summer better. Some enjoy sports in the spring, while others enjoy the freedom of the summer.
Senior Brayden Lame prefers spring over summer. Lame is on the boys’ varsity baseball team.
“I enjoy this season because it is when baseball begins,” he said. “It is nearing the end of the year, which is always the best part of high school.”
He said the excitement of getting out of school during the end of spring is just as good as it being summer and the weather is still nice.
“I love spring because it is when I have the most opportunities to have fun,” Lame said.
Another student at Eagle High enjoys summer over spring. Senior Paige Ange loves summer not just because of the weather, but because of the freedom it brings.
During summer break, Ange can do whatever she wants without a time limit, work a lot to save money and hang out with her friends.
“I really enjoy all the summer sports and outdoor activities that summer always brings to the table,” Ange said.
Lastly, senior Makenna Martin prefers summer over spring. Her favorite aspect of summer is the weather and how happy it makes her.
“My only responsibilities in the summer are tanning, getting ready and taking cute pictures,” Martin said.
Every student at Eagle High shares an opinion on which season they believe makes them the happiest. Every opinion is valid and shows the personalities that come from within them.
