Counselor Ame Trull has become a very supportive and trusted counselor in her years at Eagle High, and she has helped students navigate their challenges.
Trull got her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Washington. She then got her masters in counseling from Northwest Nazarene University.
Trull worked with children in the past who went through abusive situations back in Washington. This work was very hard and stressful for her.
She then began counseling at Eagle High in fall 2017. She came here because she wanted to help students in a healthier environment.
One of Trull’s favorite things at Eagle High is helping her students in the best form and way she can. She tries to talk to them whenever they need no matter what she is doing.
Trull has one main goal in counseling. This is to make her students happy and show them that someone does care about them.

“She helped me get a release period,” said junior Ben Barowsky. “She is very helpful and kindhearted.”
Students at Eagle High love and respect Trull. She shows her kindness to every individual.
“Ms. Trull is very nice, and she has helped me with my schedule many times,” said senior Ava Bulson.
“Be kind to yourself,” said Trull.
Trull has a unique and comforting office. Walking in there are many fidget toys, dim lights and photos of her family and students.
Leaving her office, students automatically feel better and a weight lifted off their shoulders.
Trull loves her career as a counselor, and it makes her happy every day helping other students through their difficult times or experiences.
