All fashionistas know that there’s typically a “fashion demon,” the fashionista at the top of the fashion hierarchy, who reigns over the fashionmongers. The past “fashion demons” are all has-beens to the new king of 2023, Brandon Michael Thomas. Starting all the way in his humble beginnings, to now being able to prove himself and cement his legacy as the Eagle High “fashion demon” and a good-hearted person.
Thomas started from humble beginnings. He started to find out the technicalities behind the idea of fashion, and shaped and sculpted it to discover magnificence. Students love Thomas not only for his amazing fashion, but also his personality and humor. Students around the school shared what they thought about Thomas, and how he had changed their lives.
“I would say truly for the better. It’s good to have someone with the same ideas as me,” said junior Evan Sepulveda. Sepulveda wasn’t the only one who expressed his thoughts about Thomas.
Junior Mason Lane, who prefers the name of Fanum Lane, said that Thomas, “Shaped my life in a positive way. He’s brought me joy and made me laugh. He’s a good person.” Thomas has changed people’s lives, not only as a “fashion demon,” but as a true friend. Lane told what he thought was next for the new “drip king” that started from the bottom.
“Once he overcomes the hill of his mentality, I’m sure he will blossom into a beautiful flower. He will release a beautiful milk that is success and greatness in all categories in his life and for the better of others’ lives,” Lane said. Lane hinted that Thomas had some faults in his craft but soon he would be a master.
Although Thomas has been through many hardships, he’s made it to the top and shown everyone what original style is. He’s able to combine styles to create his own, wearing vintage clothing to new designer brands. Thomas shared how he felt about finally being a “fashion demon.”
“It feels amazing. The rough times I went through shaped me into who I am.” Thomas said. He found himself studying the ways of fashion, slowly becoming a fashion architect. Thomas was able to coordinate and make his outfits unique and different from all others.
Thomas confessed that not all of his outfits came without inspiration, he confessed one of his main inspirations.
“My main inspiration was Mr. Julio Acuna, the OG fashion demon,” Thomas said. Acuna is his friend’s dad. Thomas has always looked up to Acuna and wishes to be just like him in terms of fashion.
Many people have always conveyed their respect for Thomas’ take on fashion. However, not everyone knows that Thomas is not only a “fashion demon,” but he is also an up-and-coming rapper that is trying to make his name known. He already has plans of releasing an album in the very near future, after making an EP to tease his viewers to tell that new music is on its way. Thomas has also shown that he has talent in graphic design. he posts all of his projects on his Instagram @bthomdsgn. It is a hobby that he is very passionate about and one he puts effort into.
Fashion demons like Thomas don’t come around very often and he has proven worthy of the title, he is able to put that Opium fit on, but he continues to be humble and has shown his gratitude for those who support him becoming the new “fashion demon.” Thomas hopes to continue to grow and strengthen his legacy so that it can live on.
