BPA 

BPA competed in the State competition the week of March 3 in downtown Boise. The following students will be taking their talents to the National competition this May in Orlando, Florida. The Global Marketing Team includes junior India Taylor, junior Audrey Baxter, junior Lincoln Swenson and junior Henry Rich, and they placed first. The Podcast Production Team includes senior Aiden Niehaus, senior Isaac Kisielewski, senior Ryan Colvin and sophomore Hendric Voris, and they placed second. Personal Financial Management took second place and includes senior Serena Allen. Economic Research includes junior Trent Walker who took third place. Lastly, Business Law and Ethics took fourth place and includes senior Serena Allen. 

FFA 

April 2 through April 5 is the Idaho FFA State Convention.  

Academic Decathlon  

Junior Ariyanna Thompson took the silver medal for “interview”. Junior Emilia Defonte, in the Scholastic division, took the silver medal for “essay”. Junior Grace Cuevas, Varsity division, took bronze medals for “social science” and “overall”.  All three of these girls represented well and will be attending the Academic Decathlon State Competition coming up on March 14 and 15. 

German Club 

German Club meets on the last B-day of the week, Thursday or Friday, in SE203. They watch German YouTube videos, eat German food and learn about the topic of the week. 

HOSA 

HOSA met on March 5 through March 7 where they will be competing in creative problem solving, HOSA Bowl, Phlebotomy and Sports Medicine. 

Yearbook 

The Legacy Yearbook Staff just completed and sent off the yearbook to be printed. Now, they are working on their Spring Supp pages which covers all the spring sports and activities that can’t be covered in the main book.
